Meta Will Enable Influencers To Create AI Versions of Themselves

Last week, Meta launched the first stage of its “AI Studio” platform.

This will enable creators on Instagram to build AI versions of themselves that can interact with their community via DM. 😱

(If I hate looking in the mirror, I can't imagine chatting with my AI-self 😅)

These AI bots - currently in beta - will be able to answer questions in the style of that account.

This means that creators will be able to train their bots on different aspects of their social media presence, and through this, that should enable them to generate more life-like replicas of themselves.

That being said, it will be clear that you're chatting with a bot, and not with a human.

However, I can't still understand WHY they are doing this.

After all, why would people want to interact with their AI?

Isn't the point of social media to engage with other real people?

I guess they must have something in mind they haven't disclosed yet.

Otherwise, this just doesn't make sense to me.

What's the WRITE Way to Increase Your Conversion Rate (CR)?

  • Address Pain Points: Clearly outline the problems your product solves. Show empathy and understanding of their struggles.

  • Highlight Benefits: Focus on how your product improves their lives. Benefits are more compelling than features.

Build Authority

  • Showcase Testimonials and Reviews: Display positive feedback from satisfied customers. Real-life success stories build trust.

  • Highlight Expertise: Share your knowledge and experience in the industry. Position yourself as an expert who knows what they’re talking about.

  • Use Clear and Confident Language: Avoid vague terms and uncertainty. Be clear, direct, and confident in your messaging.

Ease Customer Anxiety

  • Offer Guarantees and Warranties: Provide assurances like money-back guarantees or product warranties.

  • Simplify the Buying Process: Make it easy for customers to find information, make decisions, and complete their purchases.

  • Address Common Objections: Preemptively answer questions and concerns customers might have.

Craft Effective Calls to Action (CTAs)

  • Clear and Direct: Use straightforward language that tells visitors exactly what to do.

  • Action-Oriented: Start with strong verbs that encourage immediate action.

  • Visually Standout: While the colour isn't the main focus, ensure your CTA is noticeable and easy to find.
