Don't see any totals on the Ads Manager?

Hi,

If you advertise on Facebook and during last week the Totals row started not showing most of the values, you’re not alone.

This is because Facebook has made effective the change in the attribution window from 28 to 7 days, and the campaigns, ad sets and ads that were off when that happened, weren’t updated automatically. Thus, since there are campaigns, ad sets and ads with mixed attributions, you’re not going to see the totals until you fix it (that’s right…it’s not going to come back otherwise).

If you’re one of our clients, then read no more, since we’re going to take care of it.

Here’s how to fix it:

Simply turn off - and then on - all paused campaigns, ad sets and ads. Yes, that’s right…but it’s what needs to be done in order to fix it. Otherwise, you can do it with the active campaigns and always filter them, in order to see the totals. Or, if you don’t care about the data (you should) you can always delete what’s been turned off.
