Still Staring at a Blank Page While Planning 2024?

Planning could be tough.

Especially this time of the year.

When we're all tired and just want to wrap things up.

If you're feeling the same, here are 3 questions that have helped me through that situation.

BACKSTORY:

The other day I was on a call with this client.

And he said there's so much going on in his business.

Which makes him confused about the next steps he should take.

Who hasn't been in that position?

I've been there many times.

And it's not a great feeling.

Anyway, I told him about these 3 questions, and he loved it!

So I thought of sharing it with you:

QUESTION #1: WHAT DO YOU WANT?

It seems obvious.

Yet, many times, we choose to do what other people want, instead.

I mean, why spend time and money on doing something that just don't want to do?

Maybe you want to discontinue a product line.

Or to start producing your dream product that for some reason you haven't done for no reason.

But you don't do it because you're afraid of the impact.

Or what people may think.

QUESTION #2: WHAT ARE THE INDUSTRY TRENDS?

Do your research (ie. competitors, industry reports).

What's working right now for other companies?

What do people want to buy?

QUESTION #3: WHAT DO YOUR CUSTOMERS WANT?

Survey/call your customers and ask them.

What would your customers like to see from you?

What do they love about your products?

What would they like to see improved?

The goal of these questions is simple: to focus on what matters.

I hope you find this useful, the same way this client did.

Key Questions That Will Help You Plan For 2024

And he said there's so much going on in his business.
