Yesterday, the company announced the release of its App Center.
This is what I see when I visit the App Center.
In their words, it’s a "cutting-edge hub designed to empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) around the globe with tools built by third-party developers.".
What types of apps can we currently find?
👉 e-Commerce Solutions: connect with eCommerce platforms to integrate your sales channels directly with TikTok (ie. Shopify, OpenCart).
👉 Creative Tools: generate video assets for both ads and TikTok posts.
👉 Account Management: manage from posts and videos to comments and engagements.
👉 Campaign Management: manage your advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads.
👉 Reporting and Analytics: data analysis tools to gain insights into your TikTok ad campaigns and organic presence.
👉 Lead Generation: connect with CRM platforms (ie. Zapier, Salesforce).
👉 Event Integration: link with signals and measurement platforms or push events to TikTok.

Some of the insights we'll get are:
💰 How much they spent on previous holiday seasons and over time
📈 Customer retention rate over time
👨👨👦 Number of customers over time
💲 Net and gross sales
💴 AOV
How does this help you make better decisions?
With the information mentioned above, you can:
📈 Brainstorm ideas to improve last year's performance
🔮 Predict how your customers will behave if you offer similar deals
🎯 You can filter the data by channel and product name, among other options
